Meet AE's Q4 2023 Quarterly Rockstar

While giving kudos are a part of everyday life at AE, the team at AE takes time each quarter to specifically celebrate team members who display AE’s Core Values and promotes AE’s culture. The recipients of the Rockstar Award are AE’ers that have gone above and beyond in their daily work lives, helped their colleagues during tough times, propose and find solutions, and do it all while laughing and having fun along the way.

To continue fostering a positive culture, AE started the Quarterly Rockstar program in 2022. Since then, AE continues to trend positive in employee morale and engagement. While receiving recognition for our own Top Workplaces awards is wonderful, what really confirms that AE is a fabulous place to work is the tenure of the people who work here. The average tenure at AE is 10.5 years! We are so proud of the longevity of the team here, it’s important to keep that going!

Ask anyone at AE what they like most about working here and the response will be, “the people.” Ask anyone at AE what makes AE unique, and the response will be, “the people.” It’s the people that make the phenomenal talent at AE. It’s the people that make the thriving culture at AE. AE continues to celebrate team members by giving shout outs on weekly calls, celebrating wins together and awarding a Rockstar Award quarterly to those who have done an excellent job at representing AE’s Core Values!

AE’s 2023 Q4 Rockstar Award Recipient is Jestin Moe. Jestin has been a member of the AE team since 2015 and plays a crucial role on our Solutions Engineering team!

Here are a few of the kudos Jestin has received over the last year from his colleagues:

• Shout out to Jestin for picking up two additional projects, working hard and smart, really great job!
• Great work, Jestin, on discovery and app work, really taking ownership. Much appreciated!
• Shout out to Jestin, cut over for Okta, roughly a month to get that done, he was working hard and smart. Appreciate the help.
• Shout out to Jestin, putting client first always. He saw a server go down and hopped on right away. Client called and stated this is the reason why they are with AE. Appreciate that.
• Thank you to Jestin for internal IT changes that he made with internet firewalls in a short period of time. He made it happen! Jestin met really aggressive timelines.

Jestin shared more about his role at AE: “As a long time AE'er I have had the benefit of wearing several hats throughout this organization. AE took a chance on me being fresh out of college and the Army to manage their internal systems and help desk where I was able to quickly adopt change and provide improvement through the utilization and stability of these environments. I transitioned to customer facing, utilizing skills learned, while managing AE's infrastructure and providing the same success while guiding our clients through some tricky VMware, Windows Server, SCCM, and several other infrastructure related services.

Over the years I have slowly been pulled to the "dark side" of our security practice with deploying several Palo Alto Networks and Aruba services integrations. During this time, I found my niche and passion for all things identity and now primary spend my time focusing on large integrations assisting our clients migrating their identity to modern platforms.

I am deeply grateful to be honored as AE's Q4 rockstar butat the end of the day I cannot thank my mentors, peers, and AE enough for getting me to where I am today. I wouldn't have the drive or passion for technology without their years of guidance, collaboration, and support. Lastly, I would like to thank all of my Clients I have worked with while at AE, you have made the work exciting and rewarding.”

Congratulations, Jestin! We enjoy seeing the passion and drive you have to continue to learn, achieve goals and help clients. Thank you for living out our company values day-in and day-out. Your ability to persevere and meet goals is inspiring! Despite any barriers you face, you always pull through and drive amazing outcomes. Thank you for being on Team AE!
